Any processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be deducted from the refund amount.
Custom services, personalized work, and consultation fees are non-refundable.
Any service that has been completed as per the agreed-upon scope is not eligible for a refund.
If a project is delayed due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals, no refund will be issued.
